Its difficult to be angry or disappointed at Doom. Sure, it has the whole ‘godfather of the modern FPS’ going for it, but really, its difficult to chide it too much when you remember that it does a lot of fundamental things pretty darn well.
Such is the case with Doom 3: BFG Edition; a fundamentally familiar revisiting to the 2004 release which while short on surprise and innovation, nevertheless appears to hit the fundamentals hard enough to make the experience worthwhile.
Github’s ‘Codes4Fun’ has released a really interesting mod for the BFG Edition of Doom 3. This mod adds HTC Vive and actual motion controller support to Doom 3, letting PC gamers experience id Software’s shooter in VR.

WOW WTF! The Ps4 and Xbox One version of Doom 2016 is $19.99 on Amazon Prime, but the PC Version is $46.95!! What a LOAD.
