With a $399 console and Sunset Overdrive getting everyone excited, today has been a very good day for Microsoft, and it will result in higher hardware sales.
Sony Interactive Entertainment has added a few more titles to the list of games that will be leaving PS Plus in May, 2024.
curious... if a game leaves PS+, does it make it unplayable if you have already claimed it before it leaves? I know on the XB side, games leaving Gamepass are no longer playable. You need to pay for them to be able to continue playing after you installed them from GP.
Wonder if Horizon ZD leaving gives credit to those remake rumours
Sigh. If true…another remake that’s not Bloodborne.
Media Molecule director said the studio's next title is more a game & less a creation tool. He also regrets not having a PC version of Dreams.
If there was one PC version that should have existed it’s Dreams
I’m super glad they will be going back to something more traditional gaming wise.
My dream was DreamsVR and creating landscapes, characters, and sculptures using that amazing toolbox in vr, that would have been something imo.
Dreams PC was the dream. Woulda given the game a much needed boost. Here’s hoping they follow it up well.
I use to say this when the game was first releasing, many kept saying it would not be possible, something about the toolsets.
I said this was one game that needed to be on as many platforms as possible, including PC and Xbox just like how Minecraft is everywhere.
Creation tools just don't work on console very well. It's definitely more suited for PC, and it's very odd Sony decided not to port it over. Good MM is working on an actual game instead.
Saad from eXputer: "Utilizing its myriad strengths and masterful design, Elden Ring ruined gaming for me in a way I'll always be thankful for."
It sounds like you’re just an eldenring fan and not so much a fan of games by and large. Which theres nothing wrong with.
Lol, no... This changes little, and Sony doesn't need to respond, since the PS4 is still more powerful. It will come down to games.
Yes the One may outsell the PS4 in the US for a couple months, but once the hype goes down, everything will go back to normal
Given that all but two of the Xbox 360 gamers that I know (which, believe me, is a LOT) have switched over to PS4 and won't even consider getting an Xbox One because of how they feel they were treated... I don't think Microsoft could possibly pull off a winning move at this point. The respect, for many, is long gone and that can't be overlooked.
A inferior console for the same price is not a winning move more like a forced move from the declining sales.
"Microsoft still nearly pulled even with Sony over the last few months (according to NPD numbers)."
Wasn't the ps4 outselling the xbox one 2:1 in the US for the past couple of months according to NPD? I could be wrong on this.
Not so fast. Do you assume Sony is just sitting on their butts? They and Microsoft will have some more aces up their sleeves this E3.
