‘Console wars’ are a part of the industry, but with the PS4 and the next Xbox (Xbox Infinity, 720, LoveMachine) releasing in the same holiday season, the fight is set to be bloodier than ever. That’s why, on the eve of the next Xbox’s reveal, Sony is keen to steal as much thunder as they can. - PSLS
Sony Interactive Entertainment has added a few more titles to the list of games that will be leaving PS Plus in May, 2024.
curious... if a game leaves PS+, does it make it unplayable if you have already claimed it before it leaves? I know on the XB side, games leaving Gamepass are no longer playable. You need to pay for them to be able to continue playing after you installed them from GP.
Media Molecule director said the studio's next title is more a game & less a creation tool. He also regrets not having a PC version of Dreams.
If there was one PC version that should have existed it’s Dreams
I’m super glad they will be going back to something more traditional gaming wise.
Saad from eXputer: "Utilizing its myriad strengths and masterful design, Elden Ring ruined gaming for me in a way I'll always be thankful for."
It sounds like you’re just an eldenring fan and not so much a fan of games by and large. Which theres nothing wrong with.
I'm going to get both probably and be really happy. Only thing that'll turn me off is always online, motion control focus, kinect always watching or some rubbish like that. Hopefully won't happen.
Kaz MacGrath, awesome.
Stealing thunder is great. I really think that Micro was not ready for Sony to announce so early, and Sony is now taking full advantage of that.
People wanted advertising from them....they got it
Besides if Microsoft had a chance to take a swing at Sony they wouldn't even hesitate
Don't underestimate the weight of Call of Duty. As much as "real gamers" might hate it, 20+ million quasi-gamers buy that shit every year. If there is some full exclusivity, even just for some DLC, Microsoft is going to be golden.
