I had said in a different thread that these would probably sell out. Much quicker than I thought, though! I am sure another batch will be produced since demand is so high and more $$$ can be made!
It looked very chaotic, but in a fun way! I like the PvPvE element, could really mix it up.
Todd Howard described this edition as "the best stupid gimmick of all time". I think he was right. I imagine this edition will sell out.
Some silliness for sure, but Dark Horse usually put out good stuff. If it's a good read then I won't be too bothered!
Yeah, a lot of guild friends have yet to advance past 90 or 91. My Dad is also an avid player and has been unable to get past the opening sequence in Frostfire Ridge. He's gutted as he took a couple of days off.
I'm excited for 2.4 and the Rogue + Ninja addition. Will be interesting to see how that effects the game as a whole though, I would imagine a lot of people will be Ninjas for a while.
I'm a sucker for nostalgia. The return to Shadow Moses in MGS4 was huge for me and went a long way to cement that game as one of the best of the PS3 generation. Enjoyed the reference in this piece.
Couldn't agree more. It also feels great playing on a controller, I know a few people who play the PC version with their controller instead and they are perfectly fine. It's rare for an MMO to really nail the control scheme like that on console.
How does the control scheme feel for you?
There's just so much freedom. Such a refreshing change and it brings back a lot of nostalgia for me from Oblivion and Morrowind. Very excited for multiple characters and playthroughs.
Totally agree. Really excited about the year so far and there are great things to come.
Really pumped for L.A. Noire, especially. Still holding out for Diablo 3 before year-end...but probably in vain.
It's possible...given Activision's relationship with Sony for Destiny there is already a business partnership there. But MS has had the CoD deal for years - it would be a big move to switch to the PlayStation at this point. Also, I can't help but feel that the series is just not quite as big as it once was - around the MW2 era especially. Would such a deal be worth it?
