I don't think it has to do we marketing it has to do we the reputation of the franchise or the game...I going to buy for sure GOW3 even if there is no single add all I need is some coverage by the media and when is going to be release. How many copies did the first halo game sold at launch?
uncharted is not a established franchise like Metal Gears and God of War and other...but now that many bought uncharted 2 and experienced the quality of this game I know for sure that the anticipation for the next uncharted game is going to be huge and is going to sell millions.

Was anybody disappointed with GoD 1 and 2? these two game were ahead of their time on the PS2...I do believe this game is going to be huge specially now that is coming to ps3. I believe what HHG said...Nothing will touch this game.

Beta on the x360 would have stopped many 360 players from playing MW2 for a month. It is that good.
I was on the beta and I can say that bad company is the complete package. Bad ass game a must buy for me.
