You understand that we live in a global economy, right?
When things rise in one area it effects everything. Trump makes it cost more to do business with America that cost lowers the sales/profits/currency valuation of other parts of the world, that in turn means that everything goes up.
If the cost of grain goes up, if the cost of bread goes up then the cost of sandwiches goes up, then people buy less sandwiches which causes the GDP to go down, which ...
I have to walk you through everything?
There was a monitor that I wanted but I already have a nice HDMI 2.0 monitor that has great color and pretty good HDR, I didn't buy a new LED 2.1 monitor because I didn't really need it, and also have been waiting for the price to come down on OLED instead of buying 2 monitors. OLED was dropping in price for the past few years, unfortunately now it looks like the prices won't be dropping but instead rising.
Surely there has been something that you've wanted to buy but really didn't need, right? Part of the reason I didn't buy it is because I was waiting for OLED to go down in price.
Too be fair, the Xbox One had Kinect as soon as they removed that the price was dropped to $400, PS4 was $400. The PS3 had a PS2 chips inside, it's an edge case, when that was removed it's price also dropped.
Thanks Trump.
Your first term tariffs are why consoles cost $500 instead of $400, now everything is going up, and don't think this will be the last price increase before his term is up.
I had my eye on a monitor that for years has been $450 checked last week it was $899.
What a disaster this has been, the anti-christ is fast walking us all to WW3.
Press X to doubt that their hardware revenue was only down 6%.
Hardware is only getting more and more expensive to make, ship and sell, and everything I have seen shows that their hardware was down 15+ percent month after month for the last quarter.
The basic thing here is that Microsoft has 25+ studios, at some point the cost of game creation at those studios needs to be in line with profit, and Game Pass is not making enough profit to pay those costs.
This is why they are putting their games on other devices, but that is certainly no guarantee of success.
Game Pass is costing them money. If selling their games on PlayStation and Nintendo doesn't make up the difference and they can't get ...
"Of course, Game Pass still works"
No it doesn't, it's not profitable. It's unsustainable, Microsoft's targets are unreachable. Even adding CoD increased revenue less than the projected gains from the increase to the cost of subs they did right before.
"it’s just not going to cause any real shift in the industry"
It already has, and it's not been for the positive.
Wow they both hit milestones in the exact same month.... What are the odds?

What is even the point you're trying to make?
Factually as we have seen reported by Sony and other publishers that games that have disc versions still sell 50-60 percent of the total copies physically on PlayStation, the number of total units sold is irrelevant when talking about the percent of individual products.
I see a lot of people talking about the 50% digital rate on PS5 but, that needs to be subtracted by the number of disc drives they sell. Also the fact that 15-20 percent of all PS5's are Pro's which are digital only by default so that 50% is heavily skewed.
In truth the vast majority of PS5's have a disc drive attached to them.
It's similar to the discussion about digital sales, where when you look at the total digital on PS5 seems high b...
They have been doing this for years even going back to PS3.

If a sandwich costs $5 and minimum wage is $7 you can buy 1 sandwich.
If minimum wage is $20 and a sandwich is $10 you can buy 2 sandwiches.
That's not how exchange works.
Just like 225 Peso is not the same as 225 CAD.
Factually all the adjustments that have been made have been equalizing the the price to current currency valuations.
If you want to be mad and cancel your subscription that's well within your rights, but you can not deny the factual reason why it's happening.

The price after currency exchange is the same as the US price, actually it's still a little cheaper.
And Canadians actually have much higher minimum wage even after taxes.
I don't know what that person says, but I guarantee that America is not going to be able to create all these factories and and high education tech jobs they are promising before the bottom falls out.
Where are these chip fabrications Trump promised in his first term for example? And don't let him blame it on Biden. Biden passed the bipartisan CHIPS act to help fund the create these factories but Trump canceled that.
He is promising to the American...
