@DigitalRaptor
"The two scenarios are vastly incomparable."

Well at least you understand you can't compare something that actually happened (like PSN's hack), to your opinion that Microsoft will sell personal data for advertising.

Didn't say Sony, champ. I like Sony. I said Sony Fanboys.

@theBAWSE

Let me fix that for you:

and Sony fanboys* wonder why they are ridiculed and the joke of the gaming industry right now

they make it too* easy

Can't say I'm surprised. You go to visit an Xbox related article that doesn't even have a PS4 tag, just to see a line of Sony fanboys littering the comment section.

I'm not sure if it's still funny or getting to be sad, but come on guys. You have nothing better to do?

2. Look closer toward the middle of the controller. It has Y X B and A.

It's funny you call the guy out for being defensive and a loyalist, yet you use the majority of your comment to defend Sony in the process.

You went so fast you passed even yourself, mate. How was he supposed to keep up?

I don't think it's a question of them not having confidence in Kinect. They're including it with every box for a reason. It seems that they wanted to deliver a more core experience with Kinect being there to add variety to the gameplay.

Kinect 2 may hold some kind of stand alone potential in the future, but right now I think a lot of developers will be exploring ways to add different elements to future core titles.

Let me get this straight. It's now a bad sign to be in the Holiday Hot Toy list?

Be right back, I'm going to go check to see if the sky now appears to be below me instead of above me.

@FlameHawk

All I got from that comment was "The PS4 should be in there and since it isn't, Microsoft had to have paid them :(".

The world doesn't revolve around the PS4, Sony, and Mark Cerny, I'm sorry to say. :)

@FlameHawk

I rather do think a lot of Sony fanboys are insecure. Why else would they be in every Xbox article compared to the very few rabid Xbox fanboys who pop in on a small percentage of Sony articles?

The difference is as clear as night and day.

Also, no one is saying money isn't exchanged, but it seems anything positive that is reported about the Xbox One gets surrounded by Sony fans declaring people were bought or there's some ...

Yeah, and you just keep having entitlement issues while GameStop bleeds the industry.

Sometimes it's like you guys don't even think. Not only do developers have to worry about the used game market, but DLC is the only other form of making money. Media like music and movies have radio/theaters/dvd/tours/cable /sat/netflix/etc to make money with. Gaming has retail and DLC.

Ryse is looking pretty good. I'd like to try and see if I can't find a demo of it set up somewhere or check out a friend's copy before I decide to pick it up though.

@SillyYou

Ah, the classic "If I get disagrees it's because [insert excuse here], so I'm going to troll and any disagrees I get mean nothing."

Hehe, silly indeed.

@gaffy

The console isn't even out yet. They fixed the policies before the launch. They didn't wait too long.

What makes me laugh is that you say we as if you're actually someone who would have bought the console. We both know you never planned on it. You may be a consumer, but you're so far into your hatred of a company and love for another that your wallet was never a factor.

4324d ago 15 agree25 disagreeView comment

How exactly would they be screwing anyone? If this is indeed FIFA, nothing will have changed for PS buyers.

Why blame EA? Should they give every PS4 buyer a free copy without Sony paying for it?

Lol?

"Irrelevant to the discussion. This discussion began as a categorization of the mistakes made by either the PS3 or the Xbox One. It's not surprising you can't contain your attempts to the subject at hand though."

I thought we were talking about Sony and Microsoft here, not limiting it to simply PS3 and Xbox One. Either way, we're talking about the actions of their gaming divisions in recent years. I figured I would be presented with a sleight of hand tac...

DragonKnight, you're hilarious man.

I suppose $599 isn't anti-consumer at all. Nope, it was all sunshine and rainbows for the consumers.

The PSPGo was totally all about giving people rights with digital copies of games.

Sony is never forcing DRM upon consumers. That's ridiculous! Cinavia doesn't exist, people are smoking too many drugs. PSN Pass never happened, people are imagining things!

Making development ...

If they do that, people will resort to the "Microsoft has no vision" line. It's already started when they simply announced you can unplug it.

Microsoft can't do anything without being heavily criticized and to be frank, they were the only ones trying to do something unique for the new generation. People didn't like it, so they reversed everything, and still people find stuff to complain about. Microsoft was "wrong" for trying to balance all sid...

The funny thing about exclusives, or "timed-exclusives" if it turns out that way, is that you do have to wait to play it while others will have already experienced the game. Sloppy seconds, ftw?
