e3fx is terrible and a sad excuse for a reshade mod.. the nights are way too bright, the bloom effects are overpowering and the colors are just muddy and unbalanced.. if you want real visual fidelity checkout uber fidelity suite, aims to actually ENHANCE the experience rather then trying to warp the art style into something that its not.

Fallout 4 doesn't have impressive graphics? Good thing there is a massive mod community for PC that will be developing texture packs, reskins, ENB suite, reshade, etc. Also, sure is nice to be able to run this at 1440/2160p 60+FPS.. I must be the only one who would rather see Doom 4 over Fallout 4.
HBM / HBM2 (High Bandwidth Memory) will make hitting 4K resolution on with a single GPU on PC a breeze. GPU's with HBM will be coming this year and next year. I recommend you looking them up on google. AMD 390x and Nvidia's Piscal cards. Not to mention DX12 is coming, which will push the boundaries of visuals/ resolution even further. PC gaming is about to get omega epic.
You can thank "Next Gen" (pfffft) Consoles for the massive downgrade and constant delays. Wouldn't have to deal with this utter crap if it wasn't for them. Definitely true, I get good reads out of the terrible posts i read sometime on this site, they always use the same false excuses every time. So sad. I usually never post on here, but this has gone too far I'm tired of these fanboys puking bullshit on PC gaming when all they can do is talk shit without baking it up.
like I said though, I love my PS3.. but consoles are only good for exclusives or listening to little teenies whine and bitch over voice chat.
Your statement makes little sense what so ever, and is pretty much filled with bullshit. There is quite a huge difference except for certain titles.. and if they look RELATIVELY close its because your console is holding PC Gaming back, thanks. Some games that release to consoles as well as PC's are ports..(But lately, for alot of ported games to the PC we get way better textures, full anti-aliasing/true hdr/anisotropic, constant 60+ FPS and this all improves a vast majority come 2011)
