Despite hiw awesome of these IPs were or those that had potential, MS will likely never bring them back. Why? Because they wont sell like Halo, Gears, aand Forza (which already sells way less than it deserves.) I would put Fable but honestly, that IP turned to crap after 2. But who knows, MS is "gamer friendly" now right? Perhaps they'll make Mech Assault 3 as their own Titanfall.
