1.84Tflops PS4 can produce 1080p amazing graphics this gen, so in theory minimum for 4k should be 7.36Tflops, the speculation for PS5 is around 10-12Tflops, so yea next gen should focus on 4K because PS5 will have plenty of Tlops, not just for 4K image.
There's no chance it would work, internet is far behind streamink 4k stream, and first google must have some excluives games or no one will care, and lag input would be huge problem no matter how good connection is it still would be bigger than sony and ms, games would be just unresponsive, other thing always online, no thanks.
