What's weird is they have resources for all sorts of skin updates and random timed events....
From what I've seen, you don't even need a mod to get V airborne...

So if someone is gaming on 1080p, let's say 2 hours per day, 5 times a week. Adds up to 40 hours. For busy/casual gamers that will actually be just fine. Stadia won't work with hardcore gamers however, until data caps are gone.
