Evolve where? They make new changes and introduce massive new combos and elements of gameplay. Compare SSF IV to any of the SF Alphas or previous entries and tell me thats not evolution.
It's combat. Look at the actual evolution of boxing and MMA over the years. Still punching and kicking. Almost no "evolution" by your standards, but still entertaining.
Dying? Have you seen the sales numbers of the recently released games (Mr. releaser)? There's a reason Capcom and Namco are doing a double release of a Vs game. People are buying. If they're buying, it ain't dying.

I lost all respect for her when she jumped from doing good old fashioned cosplay to doing "adult" modeling. Cosplay is ok because it's not over the line, but she lost my respect. Now back to these ladies, ha.
