I live in Europe, I downloaded it yesterday, the game was complete cr@p and I deleted it after 10 minutes.
It's still here and I can still download as far as I can see. Maybe the problem exists in some countries...
Dude 100ms lag is huge not only for hardcore but also for casual games. When then motion is fast you're going to have a big problem. Older LCD TV's have 8ms of response time and you still can see the trail that the image is leaving behind. 100 ms is huge lag...
Everything you see is in game. It just looks THAT good. I've played it in gamescom this summer, both demos. When I started playing I thought I was watching cgi cutseens and when the choices of what to do next appeared on screen, my jaw literally dropped...

God of War Collection will be released probably at the same month as GoWIII but in the beginning of March insted of the end, which is the release date for GoWIII, but nothing is yet decided.
The only sure thing is that the EU version of the Ultimate Edition of GoWIII WILL include the GoW Collection along with everything else announced for the USA version and will retail for 130+ Euros.

The only ones getting constantly screwed is the rest of Europe and the rest of the world, not UK. You get the cheapest games in Europe, and the cheapest consoles. PS3 retails for 299BP which is roughly 345Euros and the rest of Europe gets it with 399Euros. The 360 Elite retails for 220BP (255Euros) and it's 290 for the rest of Europe. Same thing also happens with the 60GB and the Arcade.

What troubles me the most is the following. DQIX is the no1 seller in amazon for weeks now. The reviews are not all 1s and 5s. In fact there are more 2s than 3s, more 3s than 4s and more 4s than 5s. And since this article was posted there are even more 2s, 3s and 4s but the 5s don't go up. This game sold 2.3 million copies in 2 days.
