FINAL FANTASY VIII!
I didn't understand the junction system for a few play-throughs, but I was a kid; I somehow finished the game more than once. After I understood it, I realized I could play the game--and the rest--in more than one way...I did, however, develop a preference for RPGs.
After reading through the comments, the consensus is clear:
There is no point.
Here is my decision that has no merit to being an article--not even an opinion piece:
Years(?) ago, I was set on purchasing a PS4 when LittleBIGPlanet 3 released. By the time that happened, I stopped enjoying LittleBIGPlanet 2 and decided not to spend the money...I am now waiting for The Last Guardian.
No. I do not think it is time for an Xbox Two.
Based on the reaction to the announcement of whatever the Nintendo NX is, most people will assume the discontinued support for the current system should the new one release soon. Also, you did not mean to suggest the discontinuation of the Xbox One and then say "recoup money on the system is from games," but with new games running on "far more power then [sic] what was used for Xbox [sic] and PS4" on an Xbox...
Each of my play-throughs of SUPER MARIO 3D WORLD's "The Great Tower of Bowser Land" feels like the first--it's amazing!
One of my favourite things to see is a clash between a natural environment and technology--especially if the technology itself seems primitive. These photos have added to my decision to buy this game...I would eventually get it though. :P
edit
"[...] primitive according to the game's world."
A good example for the preference of video games of the past or previous entries of continuing series, franchises, et cetera--or new entries for that matter--not being entirely based on nostalgia.
I certainly do not think, "Aaah...now these were the days!" as I play through Final Fantasy VIII again--it is just a highly enjoyable game for me. I also did not think, "Why isn't this like the eighth?!" or, "This should be more like the eighth." w...
Definitely not a future Hyrule based on the real world around us--a, like, "literally real-world, contemporary Hyrule." lol
I do think the people who have worked on the official world of what Hyrule is apparently to us (the past) could make it work.
Xenosaga HD? Please? :D I would definitely buy and play those games again...develop and release them as originally planned? That is asking too much, huh?
I hope you all had/are having a great Christmas! :)
I remember being very excited for Dead or Alive 5 but when I finally played it, it felt like other fighting games and that is why the fourth installment is still my favourite in the series...the fifth one just did not feel like a DOA game.
The reception to this very same quote in an earlier article was SLIGHTLY better....
Bad headline?
Anyway, I have not purchased an Xbox One or a PS4 because I am waiting for games I have played before (Mirror's Edge, LittleBIGPlanet); I bought a Wii U at launch because even though I knew there would be more Mario, Zelda, et cetera (which I was also looking forward to), I also knew there would be new ways to play and enjoy the games. In short, when it come...
If the two games were not the same entry of a popular series, sure. Alas, they are and their gameplay can be connected in some way(s); the 3DS could be used as a controller for the Wii U version, I think? It is understandable for the stages to be different between the two games as who wins depends more on the roster and items should they remain activated.
I suppose the question is: Could 3DS users battle Wii U users without the 3DS being the controller for the Wii U version (similar...

For ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, the story is being played through rather than being told through text and/or cutscenes.
That is, however, only the way I understand those two games as playing them reminds me of a lesson a Creative Writing teacher taught me: "Don't tell me, but SHOW me."
One of my biggests hopes for Super Smash Bros. U has got to be improved A.I.. It took a while for me and my friends to realize that the CPUs only go after player 1 but after we did? NO MORE CPUs.
I also hope for more than three active, non-controllable Pokemon to be possible again.
I would not mind a digital-only release as well. Especially after purchasing a recommended external storage device for my Wii U and having it formatted for the Wii U; gotta fill it up! :P
Perhaps better application was thought to be found in film rather than video games until experienced.
Excellent choice.
Personally, it would have to be a game I had fun, and could still have fun, playing...there are too many for me, alone, to choose one out of them all. I am, however, sure my friends and I would eventually agree on Mario Kart Wii because we will continue to play it until Mario Kart 8.
For each console, I would choose Dokapon Kingdom for the Wii, Bayonetta for the 360, and Siren: Blood Curse for the PS3.
Mario Kart 8 has definitely added to the temptation of many to buy a Wii U and Nintendo's Digital Event during next month's Electronic Entertainment Expo will likely contribute to the appeal as well.
BattleAxe.
The Wii U is no longer being sold at a loss giving remarkable encouragement to believe that it will be supported for a regular length of time (in terms of video game consoles).
I never believed Nintendo would drop its support for the Wii U soon after its release nor do I believe it will be dropped soon after the announced games are released; looking ahead from now, it seems similar to the GameCube.
edit: spelling
I have been trying to make sense of the "E3 is last chance for WII U for sure" mindset:
-brand loyalty.
-one with that certain outlook has been persuaded by negative articles, opinion pieces, et cetera.
-the resulting mentality of disappointment by Nintendo's lack of a traditional press conference.
-pursuit of internal or external conflict in order to pass the time as E3 is only one month away now.
If the Wii U version is going to utilize only the GamePad, the NX version could offer different control styles such as a more traditional one, or maybe even a new one.
I just want to be able to play with the Wiimote and Nunchuk again...and hopefully with the map on the GamePad--similar to one of the control schemes for PIKMIN 3 because that is a lot of fun!
Either way, we get another LEGEND OF ZELDA! :D
