No space battles. No transition from ground to space. No single player campaign. So... MP only? Nah, looks like a no buy. As always, this is what I get for getting my hopes up. Oh well. Moving on.
Disappointment? I thoroughly enjoyed the time that I played The Order last night. Good stuff all around. A bit cinematic, but it tells you that right on the box. You know what you are getting. Different strokes for different folks. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it's terrible..it's just your opinion. I didn't care for Titanfall that much...but does that make it a bad game? No. People prefer different things.
People who say this is a downgrade from the E3 reveal obviously haven't downloaded the 1080p uncompressed video of the footage. Holy smokes does it look good and it buttery smooth. Right on the same level of the reveal. Streams DO NOT do this gameplay demo justice. You have to download the video and see.
Yes it does. The twitch stream did not do it justice. If you download the 1080p uncompressed gameplay, it matches the reveal dead on. I can't wait to play this game.
I think the author has this game confused with the Halo franchise. Now that's overrated.

Infamous is easily the better looking title. Higher amounts of particle effects, shadows, animations, textures, etc. That's due to it being exclusive, of course. As far as gameplay, I haven't a clue as to which game is better. I loved Infamous SS, but I have yet to play Watch Dogs. My copy should be coming in any time now. I'll reserve my judgements until I have played both.
Of course the PC version is going to look better. The PC version will always be better so why even compare? The people on here are just silly.
I'm happy with my PS4 purchase, along with everyone else. Consoles will NEVER catch up to PC's in terms of graphics. They never have and never will. People get game consoles due to ease of use and the ability to never upgrade hardware wise during its life cycle. I used to PC game and that is why I stopped: hardware. Ever...
If I can just see Uncharted 4 footage or a tech demo, I'll be good. I think Naughty Dog is going to knock our socks off.

I don't think so. I think the system architecture still reserves a spot for the Kinect, just in case you buy a Kinect later down the line.
It's just a shame that the specs for the console aren't nearly as good as they are for the PS4. You're still getting a better deal with the PS4, hardware wise.
If I can get a bundle of this with a good XB1 game, then I'll bite. The hardware is at about $350 if you ask me.

Just got around to playing the Left Behind DLC last night. Holy shit was it good. Brought me back to how good the Last of US was overall. I'd do another campaign playthrough with enhanced visuals in a flat second.

The games are normally fine, it's the forced motion controls, and forced WiiU tablet use that I don't like. I bought a pro controller for a reason...and it wasn't to mess with that stupid gimmicky tablet...it was to play my games the traditional way. I returned Splatoon about an hour after I purchased it. I realized quick that they forced the Tablet on you and only made the Pro controller usable in only 1 vs 1 mode. Screw that.
