No. They are not nearly smart enough.
I'm also unsure what the problem is. F4 shipped with a huge amount of content. Some issues, some bugs, but an absolutely massive, richly detailed world. So, if your a F4 supporter, if you trust Bethesda to make good on their DLC promises, get the season pass. If its not for you, don't. The over entitled whining over this is incredible.

I wouldnt mind trying this out. Maybe it will get my wife off of WoW for a while.
