Just in case, the PS3 Splinter Cell HD remakes currently don't let you invert the camera Y-axis and have game-save issues:

Ahhh, there's no "y-axis invert" option for any of the remakes. Damn you Ubisoft, the games are almost unplayable to me now. Why was this option left out?

Nathan Fillion wasn't available!?

Mark Wahlberg couldn't act his way out of a 2d platformer so what's he going to be like in this!?

but the Gaming section is a shill.

5/5 for Bioshock2 as it's a "modern masterpiece", plot points revealed in the Heavy Rain review. It's a shame such a good paper has such a little grasp of gaming.

I'd like more interaction during cut-scenes, I thought UC1 had plenty but there was a lot less in UC2. Plus as someone above said more puzzles (even if they're optional like AC2).
No repeat sequences! I didn't mind the train-in-the-snow part being in the game twice but to make me DO it twice, never got that reasoning behind that.

Oh, what would be amazing (though I'm not sure how feasible) would be a movie of the game when the player finished. Using th...

The article doesn't even get basic facts about the technologies right, not worth the read.

If that article is a demonstration about what it takes to be a writer / journalist - everyone on N4G can get a new job right now.

Sounds like a rental doesn't it!?
I really enjoyed Enslaved but one play-through was enough & I brought it back to the rental store 2 days early. If the publishers wanted to see more sales then there should have been more game to play. Not to criticise Ninja Theory, I thought Heavenly Sword was superb & looked better.

Though at least for blockbuster movies there are rental stores etc. For less well-known movies the only option is usually to buy them, so this fills a gap. There are plenty of big movies there too, have a look at their website. Well certainly enough to keep me busy.

I was wondering where this service went, glad to see it's only 2 days away! Finally an online movie store I can use in Ireland!

Fruitcake's awesome, excellent game food too. [Caution the resulting sugar-rush may cause giggles]

The engine can impress him as much as he wants but the game released with gamesave / autosave bugs amongst others. Why doesn't he impress everyone with testing that's followed through with fixing - then release the game or at the very least have a day one patch ready. To me a game that doesn't save reliably is still in beta & should never be released until that's fixed.

* 'Will likely hit' & 'not much of a system seller' - Mr. Pachter has the job you want, eh?

* 500k, not enough for third parties - the Alan Wake figures escape Omega4 temporarily.

* 'Such a casual lineup' - Kudo weeps.

* Omega4 prefers to spend 150 on no option at all & a few casual games from the Kinect lineup I guess.

Try some Omega3 fish-oils for your brain.
