Back in the day when I had a NES there was no such thing as easy mode or even be able to save the game to continue later on.
Games like Castlevania, Ninja Gaiden, Bionic Commando if you were out of lives and continues, you needed to start from the beginning. You had no other option but to be a man and grow some serious gaming skills oh but the satisfaction when you finished one of those game was priceless.

I believe AR can be a cool tech for non gaming cases. I prefer VR as it gives a level of immersion not posible on AR. On VR you are inside a world of its own. On AR, you are at your house looking at holograms around your furniture.
They really did a bad port if the X1 version is better. This is not a good start for that campaign on getting PC back with Windows 10. They should at least release a patch soon to fix those problems.
