The 30th Anniversary of PlayStation PS5 Pro Bundle will be at the low price of $1499 lol.. And there is some people who will just wait to preorder it. I ain’t gonna lie I was tempted but this has to approach the 4 figures mark. That controller alone is $199.
With that being said I’m really liking the worked they put into it.
Kinect was fun but it was an after thought. Rare is what made it fun. Microsoft sadly doesn’t do a lot of innovation but mostly same rinse and repeat method.
Redefining gaming? That’s little bit of a stretch. Despite PS5 Pro releasing without a disk drive. I still think ownership is the best way for the industry. Even though that may not be the case I’m going to enjoy having a physical catalog of my favorite titles.
I’ll be getting one but still not happy about shelling out $700 plus another $80 disc drive + another $30 for a vertical stand. You’re almost pushing the $1000 threshold if you want to buy a couple more controllers. Sony is getting a little arrogant with the extras.

My daughter and I enjoyed this game together. I wish there was a second character so we could play couch co-op. Platformers are fun but they are enjoyed with company too.
What I’ve seen about the game is it was a full fledged game with a 15-20 hour play through. I am looking forward to the game. Don’t care much about the comparison between the two.
I think the majority of players who played Days Gone know it got reviewed bomb before they even fixed it. Some reviews came out 2 weeks before the game released and those bugs were pretty much fixed or almost fixed. So it really didn’t have a fair chance since Sony wants 90 and above metacritic score on their first party games. Helldivers 2 is doing good because it’s a different from the trend of Battle Royale multiplayer. It’s an old fashion co-op game. It’s fun and it shows there can be more than one genre of shooters. Not necessarily because it’s a GaaS.

Returnal was quite good. I did enjoy that as well. I just thought as a single player game Ragnarok nailed it and it was quite lengthy too.
Horizon had a large map to explore but I just wish there was more to do after you beat it.

IMO Santa Monica has produced the best ps5 game this gen so far, even though it was cross gen. Ragnarok was a fine piece. This game will probably be released at the end of the ps5 cycle.
Still no word on Naughty Dog’s next title. And Sucker Punch is rumored to be releasing Ghost of Tsushima 2 next year. I hope Sony will fill in this large void of games with some reveals in the upcoming showcase.

Guerrilla Games hired ex Socom devs last year or two ago but they said it was for the horizon online game but who knows.
Concord has still not had a live gameplay footage released nor FairGames. But they have 2024 releases and they were showed last year.

If this game had a single player that resembled the CGI that was played it would been have great and then have a separate multiplayer experience that to me is a full game.
