they might bring DLC like Borderlands, with a new higher level cap and maybe a new difficulty or an area buff/difficulty buff, who knows!
I agree, people are mad that the level cap is so low? what do you wanna spend hours grinding and playing the same raids over and over to 50+ instead of playing to level 20 just by going through the main points of the game? i think that'll be very fun not having to worry about leveling so much to get that 1 piece of legendary gear i've been eye-ing :p
My guess is this build/Alpha was the version all Bungie employees play, and that The Ghosts Voice/Peter Dinklage was an early recording for the play-testers and was never changed prior to the Beta or Full release builds of the game.
True, i have a mid average PC, you can tweak all the visuals an a .ini file, THEN you can make the game look amazing, far better than the Ps4 version. and even my PC runs the game at 40 fps.
