The games will become the best things ever all of a sudden.
I loved Pentiment, finished it, but think I want to replay to see if I can change certain outcomes. I found the story very engrossing. I also love the recognition the game is receiving from reviewers. Can't wait to see what Josh Sawyer does next.
@ZwVw Sure, they will get there. They are years behind what Sony put's out, but it's as clear as day that they are on the cusp of a lot of big games releasing over the next couple of years.
Is it, though? Xbox's seem to be selling just fine without big first party games. I do wonder if sales will change when they inevitably start releasing the big games.
Halo always's delivers more game features than a typical Sony or Nintendo 1st party game, and that's not a knock on them, as they both make great games. I just wanted to point out that what they are delivering is more than most games ship with. Personally, I only want to play the campaign by myself, so I am happy, for others waiting on coop and forge they know it's on the way.
I clicked through and there's a full transcript plus the video is embedded there, and it works without throwing up a member's only message.
Well I'm glad this was posted, now I can stop worrying and sleep soundly.
For what I can recall, the 30 fps mode has greater world detail. Kinda like the difference on a PC, FH5 will have High detail at 60 fps to Ultra detail at 30 fps and both at 4k on Series X.
It's my understanding that AAAA was a mistype and only still quoted by a certain fan base. The Initiative is a 70 person studio so them bringing on a 300 person studio to help is no different to Santa Monica Studio a large studio with over 250 people bringing on smaller studios to help them. It's also The Initiatives first game where as for Santa Monica Studio has made have made 7 and still need help? Yeah, that's what happens in gamedev these days, they all bring in help. Look at...

God of War: Ragnarok Getting Help from Valkyrie Entertainment
Might be nothing, but doesn’t sound great either.
Sure buddy, other studios don't outsource all the time, do they.
He never said having exclusives are bad, he was talking after the shit storm that was MS buying Tomb Raider as a 3 months exclusive for Xbox One. He said he doesn't like taking things away, referencing 3rd party games, he never mentioned feeling bad about 1st party games.
What do you want? MS to be a 3rd party pub and release all their game on PS just to make you feel better about your purchase?
So Sony went in hard to renegotiate the licence and insisted despite great sales that it go multiplatform and that the MLB publishes on Xbox? What the hell are you smoking Neal? I sure want some.
Or maybe The Show despite being a great series from a good dev sold like dirt compared to other sports titles for years and when Sony went to relicence MLB the MLB told them it had to go muliplat. So, rather than lose the licence, they complied.
This is why you will see it going to Switch and PC in the future, not because Sony loves you, it's because the MLB wants there game played to expose more people to baseball.
Damn this looks great. It almost feels like we are slipping back in time when Sony would release fun games like Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper and Jak and Daxter.
I love the current output but having games likes these, especially when this art style can look so sexy on PS5. It seems a no brainer to mix these releases in with the big banger titles.
$70 a game thanks Sony, looking after me you give me a warm glow.
That will be welcome with the tiny included ssd they included.
Why do you want to ride him?
On the other side I suppose 95% of N4G are Sony PR by that logic.
IGN did one of these for ID@Xbox last July. No need to wonder if they will be unbiased as the answer is already there.
