If you go to the YouTube video that was uploaded with the leak footage it will say " This video has been taken down by Nintendo for copyright claims" So obviously Nintendo knows this isn't anything to play around with. Nintendo is actually pretty stupid though, they basically revealed more than half the roster anyways. They should have did it like all the previous games and kept it a secret. There's basically no surprise now, thanks to Nintendo.
