I too have gamed since PS1 and never heard of it till i heard people were asking for a new iteration in the series. (Live in UK btw)
I'm not that excited. Don't get me wrong i mean the game looked amazing for what it is but i don't particuarly like games in vehicles and don't think something like that can offer to much in the way of depth compared to other games i like :)
Never played the sly cooper games but i can't wait to check 'em out with trophies!

I have only played rayman and rayman 3 and I enjoyed both games. Rayman was one of the best PS1 games!
err actually it is sales if you look at vgchartz..
Oh and please dont claim vgchartz has no accuracy cos there is no better indicator of console sales.. they make pretty accurate predictions based on information they get and then go back and change there figures when stuff like NPD comes out and their worldwide equivilents.
I thought some of the kinect stuff looked decent and i dont think that stuff was BAD it wasn't to innovating and exciting. I liked the look of the fitness game a lot as I felt wii fit was pretty naff and this looks promising. Trouble is they spent way to much time on it and no new "proper" games, save that Crytec one!? Where are their new AAA exclusives?

I think the multi-platform game is in it's very early stages after all they hadn't even got 360 Dev kits when the EA deal was announced! Resistance 3 will be at Sony's conference tho you can count on it.

I wouldn't call wii catchy.. I'd call it simple and a bit wierd but it's an alright name. This Kinect is pretty shit tbh though I preferred Natal. Move is the best name out of the three in my opinion name wise.

i got the game for 15 quid 3 days ago and I'm loving it so far! Combat is the second best I've ever had in a final fantasy. I do miss towns a bit but i like that again they have tried something new. It's worth it just for the black guy with a bird in his fro :)
dragon age isn't very original imo but yeah stupid article!
Sure plenty of sequels are about but only cos of demand and the iteration we have seen of some genres these past few years are astonishing. Uncharted 2 has really set the bar in terms of action adventure titles for example.
