... I agree with Kevco. @.@
No kidding.
While the video and the images indicate it still needs a lot of work, the fact remains is that the technology is nothing but research fodder right now. Imagine the possibilities if Konami decided to pour money into this and use the technology for their next installment of Love Plus!
Actually, I'm afraid of that eventuality but yeah, you're right. This is straight from Sci-FI.
Pretty awesome, even if some people keep calling it a GoW clone.
I has not a Move nor a PS3. I hate you, mezzo.
Not all of us have had consoles from day one. I only actually had the chance to play this game some two months ago. It's gorgeous, and one of those things that will not fail to cheer you up on a stressful day.
Not sure if the petitions would work. Like Valay, I have a very low esteem for these things. Once people decide on something, that's it.
But video games are shortly becoming one of those things that is blurring the lines. It's not like your various -isms, if you look at the indie games out there. It's slowly becoming a proper medium. Masked with pretty graphics and wrapped up in controls, a lot of games tell proper stories these days.
Freedom for...
Well. Again. We can only hope. I understand Nexon's motivations behind it all, however. I just wish it was announced more clearly. The disappointment i its public is very obvious.
... Yeah, well. In tht case, you'd be as disappointed as the rest of the staff here. We're 90% South-East Asian and all of us were looking forward to it.
Still, it's P2P and the servers are hosted in NA. The lag would be enormous. Even now, with the avalanche of people attempting to access via proxies, the server and the games are pretty much blowing up and falling over.
Let's hope Vindictus Europe is a little better about it.
I'm assuming you live outside of NA.
Descendant of the great sun goddess, heir to the Celestial Brush and amongst the cutest damn things in the universe. Oy.
And that too! The sheer difference between Solatorobo and Asura's Wrath makes them epic win in my book.
I hate you. I'll have to wait till they have local pre-orders here. Though, frankly, the game I /really/ want to play is Monster Hunter Online. Our editor tells us it'd never be translated, though. *sigh*
My eyes are somewhat peculiar and I'm also partially colourblind, so I might be biased. But I really, /really/ do think 3D is overhyped. There are things like Augmented Reality out there. Money should be going there, damnit.
*grumbles*
Not that I disagree with the games that the West produces but, ack, the whole white supremacy thing that some people seem to have annoys me.
The East and the West both produce good games. It's just that we often give in to the overcommercialism and forget about the really good titles, sometimes. Meh.
Upon first reading, I wasn't particularly impressed. In spite of being an absolute girl at times, horse racing isn't that big a thing for me. But then, on closer reading, I see it's /deathmatch/ horse racing. This I approve of. In fact, add a weapon to just about anything and it's likely I'd be a much happier cat.
Our Editor thought of doing similar before. He apparently claims that Japan is such a risque country, there's a fetish for anything there. I hold my own judgement, though.
Oh, most definitely approve of this. The game has the kind of quirky, off-beat humour I doth thoroughly approve of.
Seconded. =3
T'was late on my attempt to post it up. =3 Good on you.
Conceptually speaking, I like where they're going. I'm going to assume this is still alpha stages sans refinement just yet so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed.
