SIMPLE:
MGS4 is 40+GB (ok ok, a lot of this space is for the cut-scene... BUT, we all know that at least 20+ gb are for the game (impressive graphics, texture, details etc)... SO... this game will be only 'acceptable'... IN FACT KOJIMA DOESN'T WORK 'directly' the game.... (he prefer the PSP game, mgs5 for his mind)
