Personally I couldn't give two sh1ts about licences etc..the actual fun of the game, the passing, animation, flow of a good footie match is still king on PES.

You cannot argue that the PS3 D-Pad is the only D-Pad for fighters.
Unless you are going for a real fighting stick (like Hori or something)
the 360 owners have to use their Fisher Price controller.
