It's what people wanted. The game gets negatively criticized for having AI during multiplayer, they offer a game mode with AI. What comes next, more negative criticism. It's just an option.

I'll be enjoying Destiny until MCC. After playing Destiny's multiplayer, it's too much like COD to hold my interest, I'm ready to get back to balanced competition.

So paying $30 to access games (plural) for a year and getting discounted prices on the DLC for said games is bad how? You don't own it, but come on, it's a pretty good deal. It's hard to even deny it.
Sony has PS Now that's still in beta. Allowing direct competition on their system so soon wouldn't even make sense, it takes away potential business.
I tried it for $5, cancelled the auto-renewal, downloaded some games I wouldn't buy, played them as much as I wanted. Next month, I'll go for the $30 for the yearly. Early access with discounts, I'm sold. Not even worried.

I'm sure they'll figure it out eventually, the positive feedback from the Xbox One's update will get to them. The Xbox One should not be delivering on features promised and expected for the Playstation 4.

The COD patch was only bad because reviewers were citing clear differences in resolution between the PS4 and Xbox One while both were at the same exact resolution of 720p. IGN really tried to drive home how much better the PS4 version looked because of the resolution, it was actually funny when the truth came out.
Wouldn't put that on Sony though, more on IW and IGN.
