Haha, that's good. Forza 6 has some of the sharpest, tactile and immersive handling of all time. I can't imagine it getting much better on a gamepad.
They also sorted out the single player and I love the addition of soft mod cards for added risk/reward. Looks absolutely gorgeous and pumps out 24 cars per track now? At 1080p60 on the "inferior" platform. More evidence that the development environment itself plays the largest factor.
Perhaps but the differences now are smaller than they were between Xbox and PS2 multi platform titles of the day and they were still perfectly playable then in SD.

I don't know tbh, have played both lots, hard pressed to say. Both deliver lots of bang for yer buck and had suitably satisfactory handling. I do remember GT5's subtle loss of grip into over steer being sublime for the time, hooning around in a Clio 172 on a custom track with high camber was lovely. Long time fan of GT myself but do feel it was a misstep on PS3, a bizarre almost experimental phase. Please god if there is a god, no more PS2 or PS3 models. Only original and bespoke content. A nicely reduxed HD GT4+more cars per track ala Metal G.S./Devil M.C. trilogy with online would have sufficed for PS3 until a GT5 proper for PS4. In my opinion at least, I'm sure others must have felt the same way too.

No risk of it being a solid launch title along side its host platform, with two more superb titles released before the competition musters a single game. What a mess that would be!
They are very nice at 60fps but be realistic though-Battlefield, Call of Duty, Halo 5, Metro Redux, Devil May Cry 4 SE etc all run at 60fps on PS4 and Xbox One. Of course the consoles are capable it is sadly a lazy development decision.

The Xbox One hasn't been out for twenty years so I personally believe that marketing sentiment itself was somewhat foolhardy, greatest line up its two years and change of existence probably bares some accuracy though. Depends what games you like playing I suppose.
PS3 games 1080p, 120fps with the fidelity of CGI movie scenes. PS2 so powerful it could have rendering the CGI from Terminator 2.

Gotta admit although leach hunter was challenging and sometimes fun I definitely missed the mercs kill for time/points style and play and was really hoping that they would tweak leach hunter allowing it.
The graphics look great though and are a huge step up over the original Gamecube and pc emulated versions with higher polygon models, bespoke texturing and lighting. A solid game in its own right and definitely worth another play, especially for resi purists.

A high end PC could run dual GPU, 64GB ram an 8 core CPU over clocked to high hell, a fast SSD with 32X anisotropy, 16X anti aliasing and ultra details with advanced physics and lighting. I am so shocked it looks better on a platform with limitless upgrading potential. For my money the Xbox One delivers remarkable performance.
