Scenario 1: Sitting online, looking at hundreds of different GPU's and processors, wondering what the hell I should choose before chucking my PC out the window out of frustration.
Scenario 2: Walk into a retail store, trade in my PS4 for credit, and pick up the newer version with all the new parts already built in. Go home and play games
If there is a well thought out plan in place that doesn't take advantage of console owners, I would be more than ha...
I still haven't beaten Grim Fandango yet! That game is tough as hell, and I need to spend more time with it. I love it on the Vita, and I'm sure this will work just as well. Anyone know if the puzzles in Day of the Tentacle are just as hard as the ones in Grim Fandango?
This game is all sorts of badass! For newcomers, it can be frustratingly difficult, but keep at it, because it becomes a very rewarding experience as you evolve as a player. If you're familiar with the Dark Souls games and love 2D platformers, it's an absolute no-brainer. The art style is beautiful, and the game runs fantastic on the PlayStation 4. As much as I love the way it plays using the Dualshock 4, I'm mostly looking forward to the PS Vita version somewhere down the line. R...
Looks pretty interesting; assuming that the difficulty ramps up more as you play, I could see this being pretty cool game. Really dig the setting and the soundtrack (there are FIVE albums btw). I might pick this up next week.
I've put more time into The Division last week than I normally do in any given week, and I'm only level 19 and I have the entire right side of the map yet to complete. I won't have nearly as much free time going forward due to other responsibilities but I fully expect to have plenty to do until additional content starts to arrive next month.
I really like the MP in this game, and I'm really glad to see Magic Thistles has been nerfed. But honestly, my favorite mode by far is Garden Ops. The level of teamwork required especially on the harder settings is tremendous and makes for a rewarding experience if your able to get past a Super Boss round. There is so much humor to this game and it runs fantastic, even during the more intense Raise the Flag mode. I never played the first one, but I really do like PvZGW2 a lot! Glad I gave...
Thanks! We really appreciate the support!
Star Fox Zero doesn't look like the trainwreck it was initially revealed to be (Star Fox Guard on the other hand...), but Metroid Prime: Federation still looks like Nintendo's biggest embarrassment of 2016.
I really hope they can optimize it better, the final chapter is all but unplayable near the end. It's a damn shame because it's on the brink of being a great experience. When I have my headphones on, and the lights off, it's just me and the game. And to have technical issues pulling you out of the experience so often, it ruins the enjoyment of it.
This game is fun as hell and it's a laugh riot. Everything is so over-the-top that all you can do is enjoy the experience and blow everything up really good. Game runs and plays great as well.
Now that I got that collectors edition with all the episodes, I think it's about time I play this game. I haven't heard one bad thing from anyone about Life is Strange. Really excited to check this out.
I really hope they announced Red Dead Redemption 2, I was a huge fan of the last one. However, if they really want to make me smile, they could announce Manhunt 3 and that it'll support VR!! Put a glass shard through an unsuspecting psychopath's eye in virtual reality?! Hell yes!
Too much? Ok, I'll see myself out then.
Kind of like Ori and the Blind Forest? That game is gorgeous and Ori is pretty damn cute, but good god, there are some ball-busting sections in that game. I also like how this game doesn't tell you anything, you have to figure things out on your own. It's cool when developers get away from that hand-holding crap.
Tearaway uses the Vita's features better than any other game. I know it's on PS4 now, but I still think the Vita version is the most immersive and enjoyable experience. I think you'll dig it a lot
Seriously, if you still play Unit 13, add me on PSN, I'd love to play through more of that cooperatively! That game was underrated and felt more like a SOCOM came than SOCOM 4 did! RIP Zipper Inc

Same here, I remember seeing it before it was announced as a Plus title, and I thought it looked pretty cool but wasn't sure I'd remember to pick it up at launch. Finally played it thanks to Plus, and yeah, that game is great. Loved it
I'm currently making my way through Persona 4 Golden right now, and there is soooo much to this game. I'm pretty confident that it'll make this list next year. There's just so much to that game...every time I feel like I've seen everything, it expands more. Fantastic game so far!
I really need to play Super Meat Boy as well, I've heard it's an extremely challenging game. For those who say the Vita never had games, they clearly never spent any time ...
Agreed! The Technomancer has the makings to be a huge hit for Maximum Games. Got my eyes all over that one!
Any diehard Fallout fan bought the Season Pass when the game launched, lets be honest, so they aren't pissed. Anyone who bought the game, but was still up in the air about buying the Season Pass, still have the chance to get it at the $29.99 rate. Anyone not interested in Fallout 4 couldn't care less. And then there's the folks who just need something to bitch about...they will complain about a publisher, who announces a price hike to a Season Pass, and still gives everyone a chan...
All the challenges and escalations give this game serious legs inbetween episodes. Shame elusive targets aren't out yet, but I'm excited to try them out.
