It will hurt software sales the hardest. Japanese developers will bleed money on PlayStation

Hahaha what highlights?

Here is Call of Duty, same as last year. That'll be $70 thank you.

Basically yes. MAG shut down and Ubisoft pulled the servers for The Crew which made our copies paperweights.

Rough times

I've got a couple of friends who make good money and spend recklessly on nice cars, wine and watches but you'll never see them playing on PC with either desktop or portable options. Some gamers will only roll with a console for simplicity and that is that. For them the Xbox Series X 2TB and PS5 Pro are the only gaming hardware they desire above all.

A large publisher like Ubisoft going private certainly would be interesting in this day and age. I'm wagering the Guillemot family would like to retain majority control but even their capital might not guarantee it.

This is one of the worst Sony decisions in history and that is saying something

Precisely. Gamers (myself included) often criticize big publishers for layoffs and shuttering down studios but at times we can see why hasty company decisions can destroy an entire industry from within and sacrifices may be required to avoid total disaster.

Hence why you must buy physical. No region locking the game or DLC itself

If Phil Spencer says it is great, then it will be great. Any concerns or doubts are undeniably Sony propaganda efforts.

Nobody cares. Bring FF7 Rebirth to Steam quickly.
