The last time I checked, replay footage was the actual game footage. What's wrong with the graphics not changing? Madden 08 was the best looking football game, ever. Don't give me Blitz the league, that game looked horrible, and All-Pro Football looked like crap.
The visuals look great. They fix and upgrade every year. This year it seems to be the stadiums and updated player models, which look great.

I've never really been a fan of the Unreal engine even on the PC platform. It's too rigid and cookie cutter for me. It doesn't seem organic enough rather very mechanical.

There are 2 haters out there:
PC FPS fans and PS3 fanboys. I tend to find the most hate coming from the latter. Most of the time, if a great game is released soley on the 360, PS3 Fanjokes will almost always dog it. Whether it be Gears of War, Halo etc...PS3 fanboys denounce it without playing it. Even when they do play it, they cut it for some lame excuse. My buddy PS3 brainwashed and his complaint was "you can't see when you shoot because the mussle flash gets in the way...

And by in-game voice chat...I mean the ability to pull up your friends list while you are playing a game online and starting a voice chat with a friend who is playing a completely different game.

Where are you getting your facts from? Which fictional statistical database are you looking at to guarantee the PS3 will outsell the 360? The last time I checked, NOBODY can accurately predict that. You paid way too much! That is the main reason people steer away from PC gaming...because they don't know what to buy! They think that going to the local Best Buy and buying some stock HP is the only way to go. If people knew anything about computer parts, they could build a system for far less coin.
