Agreed, I'm sure buying the IP is a sign that they got bigger plans. But I do not believe they will do another DLC because from the looks of it, it's a fairly big map and the game came out 2 years ago. So hopefully they do a full sequel. Also, here's hoping for a sequel to BB as a launch title for PS6 🙏

I support physical media 100%. And I call bs on studios that say it cost $20 to do physical packaging, so if that is true then all digital games should be $50 compared to $70 and if you are not selling it as such that means you are charging your customers more for one format than the other even though the product is the same.
Both Sony and Nintendo have done great this gen, especially Nintendo. I mean anytime you sell more than 100 mil consoles in a generation is a huge accomplishment. I am sure PS5 will do more than 100 mil as well. I do however agree that the growth rate of the consoles has not seen a steady increase. I miss Jack Tretton. I remember his 2013 E3 conference when he talked about PS4 being able to play used copies and the audience went crazy lol. I personally think he was the most likable Sony executive in past 10-15 years, outside of Shuhei of course.

All great choices. I would like to add Warhawk/Starhawk to that. The multiplayer in Warhawk was amazing. I am surprised Sony hasn't looked into MAG either. That game was ahead of its time.

Exactly! I preorder a physical copy and the amount of stuff it comes with, really speaks to the care they have taken. I'm part of Q2 release so not sure when I'll get it, but it'll definitely be worth the wait.

I wonder if, and this is a big if, sea of thieves or grounded would come to ps plus. I say that because those two are the kind of games that would benefit from having a large a pool of players. Also, they could do cross-play as well.
I doubt it. Maybe they will overhaul the store when switch 2 launches. But I do share your pain, it is ridiculously slow.
