If you're not a gamer, the PS3 isn't the best value. I bought a Bluray for $100 for my room and it's on par with the PS3 picture quality.
Maybe not soon, but high definition and graphics won't matter when companies achieve realism. Then what, people will brag or argue which game or console has better immersion? Fanboys.
I don't care if they decided to add High Def. Last gen is over, so High Definition is a given. Give me good gameplay followed by a good story and I'll be happy.
KZ2 did not look or play better than the CGI Sony first released. It doesn't even compare.

I skipped ODST because I felt Microsoft was ripping me of. They probably pushed Bungie to rush the game, hence why the game is so short and slapped the old maps on the game.
I definitely have Halo: Reach on my "to buy" list. It looks like a fantastic game and you can tell they've put time and effort into the game. And the sandbox aspect of the game is a definite plus.

If that were the case, I would of bought a PS3 long ago. It's not and I'm enjoying my 360. Personally, I wouldn't mind owning a PS3, but I can't afford having two consoles at the moment, so I'm sticking with my 360.

No. If they use the same servers, both PS3 and PC gamers can play together. I use to play FFXI on the PS2, followed by the 360 when my PS2 burnt out and I played on the same server.
Not the best game I've played as far as FPS games go, but it was fun when I played the demo.

It's been established already that SE did a horrible job porting FFXIII to the X360. Why make a big deal out of it. I bought it for the 360 because I don't have a PS3 and I'm happy with my purchase. I couldn't careless how good of a game both GoW or ODST were. I'm not paying $60 for a game that's only 5 to 8 hours long. I made the mistake with MW2, but I'm not repeating that same mistake.
Just take a look at games like Mass Effect and MGS4. Those games were a good 20/30 hours, and they were beautiful to look at. Not to mention epically fun.
