It also doesn't help that TLG had barely any marketing and came out a week after FFXV. It never had much of a chance to, "Move the needle". It was practically sent out to die.
Tell you what, when I hear the president of Konami has been locked in a room for six months with no direct contact with his employees. Maybe then I will think about letting it go. As it stands? Konami can get bent.
Yeah seriously, this was a very well written review from a site that I usually don't take anything seriously from. Thus guy did a great job.
Especially funny considering FFXV hasn't been in development for anything close to 10 years.
Well I have been holding out but it looks like it's time to start saving for a new graphics card. The old GTX770 might not be enough before long.
Less than stellar? Most things I read on it have displayed excitement but are cautious due to the scarcity in information. I haven't met anybody who is outright saying it's a terrible idea or sucks.
I am glad that I will be able to play the Zodiac version in Eng finally. Beat it years ago on a mod chipped PS2 and adored it. It was way way better than the initial release.
I love ZoE1 but it was only there to sell the MGS2 demo. I am just glad and grateful they got to follow up and make ZoE2. It's heart breaking that we'll never see another Kojima backed third or likely a third at all for that matter.
I am with this guy. I barely ever touch my Xbox One but Scalebound looks amazing. It will be the game that justifies the system for me.
I have never bought a Blizzard game that hasn't paid for itself within a month.
Umm there is a skill ceiling here lol. Skill ceilings are different than progression barriers. You don't just "master" a character in the way you are referring. That could take years and years in a fighting game. That did nothing to answer my question though. My question had more to do with the actual players. I wanted to know what the skill barrier looks like in the form of other players. If you don't know the answer or have no insight, don't reply to someone asking a q...
If I grab the supreme edition will I feel like I am really far behind skill wise? I don't mind playing catch up but exactly how much catch up would I be looking at? This is a curious question really.
No we all just backed and are waiting for Mighty Number 9 because it looks like the next Tetris. Seriously wtf Capcom?
Doesn't hurt the game for me. It actually makes the story feel more mine and that I am a small piece in a larger puzzle. That doesn't ring true of every silent protagonist ever. In this particular game it does for me. The thing I love the most about this game is that it doesn't invalidate the first. If you want a more contained story with an excellent protagonist you can play Chronicles. If you want to feel like an alien traversing an incredibly large and dynamic world. You can pl...
I just want to play Scalebound. I don't care how I do it but I want to badly. I am too much of a Platinum Games fanboy to miss it.
I have been trying to remember the name of this game for over twenty years. Thank you!
I really hope I see this at one of the local arcades around me because it looks stellar.
I played through it when I got my imported 3DS last year. I was missing a lot by having to follow a spoiler free guide but the game is seriously great. The little details really make this a gem. I am not sure if this will do well here but I hope it does. If anything the game has a ton of heart and like Level-5s latest effort LBX. I can picture myself being charmed to death by it all over again.
So besides the rampant amount of technical issues that I heard this game had. How was the actual gameplay? Was it at least a decent Sonic title?
Gamestop hasn't been the best place to buy physical media since Amazon and Bestbuy started giving 20% off of purchases without the hassle that comes with dealing with Gamestop. Granted, Amazon Prime is less worth it nowadays but BB is still kicking ass. I personally hate going in Gamestops now. I don't think it needs to shut down but a large retooling definitely needs to take place.
