40 gig makes no sense since it isn't much of a difference bettween 60 gig in money, the only difference i think that they'll lower 499 to 399 and will make 80 gig a 500bucks and the other consoles with all upgrades dualshock 3 ratchet and clank, spiderman3 and for 599

40 players mean's better online, or more vehicles is stupid. From My perspective rofl and warhawk have a solid multiplayer better then halo 1,2 and gow, but still not better then all those combined with halo 3.
