The thing is this though Sony really isnt donating any money towards the development of this game. Yu recently had an interview with Famitsu, in it he said the development budget of this game is solely coming from money raised on kickstarter thats it. Sony has only agreed to cover the costs of marketing and publicity they have offered no money towards its development.

Incredibly informative but since its only being hosted on YouTube misinformation like this article above can fly but this video cant. Check it out regardless...
lol sorry. Imagine... Knights of the Round, extra mini games at the Golden Saucer, all DLC. Pre-order at Gamestop and you get the exclusive Fort Condor mini game! Sweet dreams =p
Dear Sqaure,
Please dont make Vincent some sort of a DLC character.
As a mattr of fact, I still have that demo disc =p
Yeah the music in these games is top notch, Yuzo Koshiro composed nearly all of it and the guy is a living legend as far as I'm concerned. Check this one out- https://www.youtube.com/wat...
As for combat, I totally agree. Cool thing about Shenmue was in the first game you had all the time in the world to practice your skills. Whereas in the second game you rarely had the opportunity. In theory sinc...
I don't know, ColecoVision went hard this E3. Don't know if the others will be able to keep up. Just sayin...
Vanquish 2? Anyone? I mean it did end on a cliff hanger. No? Okay...
Yep. I remember last years PES on the PS3- the input was incredibly laggy, the PES clearly wasn't used to the engine yet. One year later it was a world of difference.
As I write this, 19 people have already bought one!
'I don't see any reasoning why they couldn't support two consoles for at least a limited time! It not like it not possible.'
Sure its indeed possible. Sega did it for a time with the Dreamcast in the west and the Saturn which was quite popular in Japan.
No shortage of negativity and immaturity in this community that's why.
I'm just going by Square's recent track record in releasing FF games. In that they came out on nearly every platform. I mean come on guys when you say in your event 'play it first on PS4' its not rocket science to figure out its being released on other platforms.
Pretty much. We know how Square releases their games- its coming out for the PS4, XB1, PC maybe even the NX? I'll be getting it on the PS4 as I dont think I'll have the patience to wait for a PC release.
Insert everything by Sega.
Except for the fact that the first game and by proxy the trilogy already exists on the PS3. I own it as a matter of fact.
What I find interesting is the emphasis on non arwing missions. I remember when Assault came out years ago, people gave Namco flack for it not having enough space missions.
Well it would appear that this is actually what Nintendo wanted, a mix of traditional Space Missions and playing as a drone? Oh well...
This sheds some light on why the awesome Warhammer mod for Medieval II was given so much flack back in the day.
Will this run on my SNES?
Yes I've read the Kickstarter page and I've also read the Famitsu article straight from Suzuki's mouth. Downvote all you want, I mean I would like Sony to help with development but as of now publicly they have said nothing of the sort.
From the interview:
2 million is the bare minimum for the game to exist, and if that was all they got, it would just be focused on the story. The more money it gets, the more of the things he wants to do will be pos...
