It will never happen, but if Stadia & Nintendo formed a deal that would be crazy. Nintendo struggles with some of the more graphically intensive titles so imagine being able play all them on the Stadia app and then your first party nintendo games on cartridge.
The whole marketting plan was self destructive, and it's a real shame because the service itself is brilliant (in my honest opinion). The lied, continuously, about what Stadia could deliver in terms of resolution and now it's been out 3/4 months I don't think a single game runs native 4K.... I will unfortunately be cancelling my sub this month, it's a shame, being able to play my games smoothly all over was a great experience, but I just feel like it's no longer going to g...
I mean, on the chromecast with the stadia controller I have a better experience than on my PS4, zero noticable latency (compared to a console). The main issue is lack of adopters because of false information like this. I will say that I have a pretty decent home broadband speed though (up to 300mb).
"but there's a problem when the absence of monetization is news." Unfortunately, if things like this aren't news then developers/publishers will never change.
PS5 will either have a 2tb HDD or it will not have a 2tb HDD, click here to find out more!
It will be like playing Diablo 3 on PC.... which really isn't that bad.
To be fair to BioWare/EA they had no previous case studies of any games like this to use and learn from, this was the first fray into the social/looter shooter that we as gamers have ever had. Give it time and we will see bigger, better one/s!
It's interesting reading these comments, there's a pretty clear divide in opinions. Some fans want more Shenmue exactly as it was, almost like it was a sequal released years ago when it should have been. Others expect an evolved sequel, learning from the past 18 years of gaming.
I was a huge fan of 1&2, I finished them both on the Dreamcast but I definitely wanted more of an evolution of it, still with it's quirky charms and slow intricate story telling, bu...
RE2 stayed so faithful to the original, definitely my favourite re-make this gen. As a huge fan of FF7 this re-make worries me that it might be style over substance, I really hope I eat these words though!
"Nintendo is holding gaming back. Putting the focus on casual, low budget games, and quick buck games."
Yet they have 7/20 games in the highest rated games of all time... pretty much the only exclusive titles that make it. Two of those are on the Nintendo Switch.
I hate people who hate on the Switch (primarily as it's the only Nintendo console I've really invested in) when 9/10 times I could bet they don't own one and have probably n...
Yeah... no. It's fun, it's maybeee better than the critics, but there are many other considerably better games in the genre you should be playing over Anthem.
Ha, you ain't getting my clicks boah!
The only thing that upsets me is The Division 2 is a much better attempt at a looter shooter sequel than Destiny 2, yet they both received the same score!
This is absolutely bang on! I'll play the odd little game occasionally, but generally speaking I do not like mobile games, for the main reason, why would I?! When I have a gaming PC and consoles at home to use.. Hearthstone was the only exception for me.
Probably not, because kids.
Embrace more casual fans? You're either a souls player or you're not! I haven't met a Souls fan who doesn't play the games!
It's a niche market, it should be left that way.
Season passes aren't new... and season pass is an even more appropriate name for this considering you're paying for the seasonal rewards... It's just an unusual choice given it's essentially a season pass for a DLC.
People kill people WITH guns, I mean, that's just glaringly obvious. Yes, someone will kill someone with anything, but when anything is access to a semi-automatic AR15 it makes the job a lot easier...
Game gets removed, actual guns that kill actual children, yeah, they're all good!
Microtransactions have ruined a large aspect of gaming, for myself anyway. There’s now rarely anything to work for because cool cosmetics, skins etc are now just behind a paywall. What I don’t understand is that we often here that games couldn’t be made without MTs but gaming has never been bigger than it is now, surely it’s just greed at this stage.
And another thing (rant!) many devs provide a lot of support after launch, which is great, but we are also in a culture when...
