although I agree it's not the biggest news, it's pretty awesome. I'm more excited for that new gameplay footage of The Order coming out in like a week though.
yeah, pretty sure me and my older brothers figured that out as well...didn't realize it was a easter egg
it's basically a really shitty action movie now, they need to go back to basics.
I'm assuming you're talking about the story of the game, that would be pretty cool, but I dunno, I don't think that's gonna happen, I'm okay with Keifer though, I'm sure he'll do fine.
Outlast basically did what Penumbra and Amnesia did, and Alien Isolation is doing what all those games are doing, which is good. I just hope there aren't too many of them, cause flooding the market with half ass attempts at making a scary game in that style would really suck...but yeah I'm really looking forward to Alien Isolation; I would actually be pretty stoked if the creators of Amnesia: Dark Decent and Machine for pigs would port that over to PS4, that'd be bad ass.
7/10 doesn't apply to this situation, read the article...
really? 3.5? I dunno man, I thought this game was at least at 4.5, I really enjoyed it, made me want more to be honest.
I agree, Alan Wake was an amazing game, I was actually just playing it today on PC, I've beaten it a few times, I love it, a damn shame it didn't sell really well though...but hey, I trust Remedy, they made the first Max Payne, as well as Alan Wake...just hoping this Quantum Break game comes to PC...probs will...
On The Order though, we don't really know a whole lot about it yet, it looks great in the few screens and the short trailer we saw, but I want to see mor...
I haven't seen enough of The Order: 1886 or Quantum Break to decide which one is better; so far all we've seen from both, is basically cut scenes both studio's made just for the announcement of their titles...
I honestly do not know why this article exists right now, I'm refusing to click the link, and if any of you are actually deciding right now which one is better, you are buffoons, and you are making uneducated decisions.
I never finished it on PC, I have it on Steam, but when I found out it was coming for PS4 I just decided to wait until it came out on PS4 to play through it fully, I was about an hour and a half through on PC, so I dunno, I'm excited to play it on console.
Couldn't have said it better myself lol
The blind fanboyism on here is just disgusting sometimes.....what kabala said is true, most of the people who bought PS4s also bought games like BF4 and CoD...those games you need PS+ to play online, regardless of F2P games, people have PS+ so they can play games like BF and CoD online...and I think it would be safe to say that it's the reason why the PS+ subs have gone up so far.
Everyone knows PS+ is a good deal, but please...have some dignity...open your eyes and look ...
although I agree, it's not exactly needed, if you go to the web browser and type youtube.com/tv it's basically the app, looks the same and everything..and then just bookmark it, so every time you wanna go on youtube you just open the bookmark and there it is, you can sign in and everything.
that article title was a garbage choice though...being that Co-Op DLC was never "Free" in any way...the MP maps are free for everyone though..
whatevs, looks pretty awesome anyways, I really hope the physics engine in source 2.0 is amazing, textures are textures, so I'm not really worried about that, when I shoot things I want them to act realistically, and I want the lighting to be improved as well.
I'm excited!!!!!!
@Soldierone
Subscriptions aren't a bad thing, F2P games with loads of micro-transactions (and are typically Pay 2 Win) are the reason we see more and more micro-transactions in full retail priced games, pubs and devs seem to think it's okay, sub fee's only ensure better quality when it comes to MMO's and things alike, don't be afraid of subscription fee's my friend.
it's coming to PS4 apparently, I imagine DCUO as well as every other MMO SOE is putting on PS4 will be in the list as well.
I think Everquest Next and Landmark are the same thing, Landmark being the alpha/beta program they're launching for Everquest Next...I could be wrong...but last time I checked that's all Landmark was, as well as the fact that it's called Everquest Next: Landmark, and Everquest Next is called just that...but if you find anything else out, it'd be good to know.
I really do hope E3 this year is "fun", to be honest E3 is usually fun, but them saying its gonna be "fun" this year just makes me even more excited; HOW MUCH MORE FUN CAN IT POSSIBLY BE! :D
I'm looking forward to reveals, new games, new IP's, and hopefully just an overall really fantastic feel, I want that childhood wonder and amazement.
yeah at first, didn't really care about the light, didn't want to turn it off, didn't care that it was there, but now I do, because I wanna trick out my controllers with sick decals.
