Why would you file a police report if their product doesn't arrive in the mail. Wouldn't you file a report with the post office? I am not sure how you filing a police report would differ from them filing a police report.
Indeed the quality of articles on N4G has gotten worse.
I think that WOW has hacked servers where you can play a pirated version of the game. Why not do that with other games too?
There is only one game that I will make the exception for, and that is Uncharted 3. If there is an online pass on the box, I will not buy.
Onlive is interesting. I buy the $5 games on Fridays, but after buying the games, I firmly believe that Onlive has an uphill battle.
First off, there is major lag. Try one of the game demos yourself and see. I don't see how they would be able to fine tune the lag any with everything streaming on Cloud Computers.
Second, the games are never updated. Batman Arkham Asylum is still version 1.0, and Unreal III is missing the titan pack. This is a huge com...
Agreed. I think Naughty Dog is the only one who I wouldn't mind the online pass as I think they deserve it. However, I will gladly avoid the online pass from other developers.
Who knows maybe stores like GameStop will reduce the trade in value and add the online pass in at normal price. That is a win win for everybody.
I love Uncharted, but I might wait now as I never liked the Multiplayer in Uncharted 2. Hopefully this online pass will help drop second-hand prices some.
I have never played it, but I am thinking of getting it.
Looks like the technology hasn't changed too much from 1995!
I can't believe how much use I have gotten out of my PS3. Two more years until their next release seems fair.
I bought borderlands game of the year edition because it was on sale for $5. I wanted to see for myself if it was any good.
While the service is fair, it is far from good. The same game was $5 on Steam, and everything about the version on Steam was superior from graphics to controls.
Now I am on a wireless G router, which of course can affect things, however, I am getting a wireless N router today, and I will also try a wired connection.
I approved too. It indirectly deals with gaming.
SEGA is not what it used to be. I don't think that even Nintendo can do much to save them.
I agree, there are so many blogs on this site now, the quality has taken a downward spiral. Look at the quality of the article. It is poorly written, and the information contained therein is manipulative.
I got burnout paradise for $30 a week before the sale :(. Oh well, I still feel like $30 is fair for the game. At least I get all the expansions for cheap.
Thanks, I use google chrome, and I didn't know about that plugin.
You can add unrealitymag.com to that list. I had to click through multiple adds just to get to the article.
red ring of death. LOL
I think the biggest thing that got me excited was watching the Uncharted game for Vita. I was not planning on getting one, but I might if there is nothing else.
I use it, so now you know someone, however, the lag makes some games not playable. They were having a promo where you can buy any game for a buck. So I started the trials to see which one I wanted. I wanted Dirt 3, however, the lag made the game horrible. I couldn't keep the car on the track because all my actions were behind what is happening on the screen.
All the other games, like assassins creed, I would rather play on my PS3. The deals are nice, I got Batman AA...
