like I said above: "The whole point was to separate the two systems best features into two articles so people can see both points of view. It's hard to not pick one system because of the other, they just aren't directly comparable like that."
It has also been confirmed that Kinect will handle 4 players, just not necessarily the full body movements.

There's one for the PlayStation Move if you want to fanboy that side of the fence? :)

I've had it pointed out to me that there was malware on the site. I've just re-uploaded a clean backup and changed all passwords.
I'll hold my hands up to the mistake - we must have been hacked.
If you don't want to risk it I don't blame you. But we are all clear now.
Apologies guys, you were right there was malware. I just did a scan and it also picked up the malware. I've just re-uploaded a clean backup and changed all passwords.

I believe it can only support two players 3D
Totally agree. We need more unification like Xbox Live. They have Xbox.com for everything. I guess you'll have to make do with using the EU site for now...
I think I was expecting £20, but its more the annoying conversion rate from the US store.
No MAG?
For what it's worth, I half agree with Omega4 on Sony needing to keep their promises. They spend a lot of time saying certain games will be coming, granted they don't always specify dates, but get people excited way too early at times.
That being said, I think trying to balance out "Xbox hate" with anti-PS3 flame bait is a pretty idiotic way of stopping it. Both consoles have their merits, both have their faults, leave it at that.
The game does look fantastic, I suppose I see what you mean, there's plenty of games to keep us going through to 2010 so one less on the wallet is a good thing.
I think so, so expect hefty bandwidth usage.
On the plus side, I'm sure they originally said you could just stream the music and even heard talk of ingame XMB support but don't quote me on that.
Bravias are pretty high-tech. Check if it supports upscaling (it will say on the box or in the manual).
Nope, not even Japan. You can only get it in Europe.
It's a sad state of affairs isn't it.
I wasted a good 500mb of bandwidth last night, damn you SCEE!
Hopefully they can just patch the patch with a nice 1mb download and not need to redownload the whole thing.
Resistance 2 blows away Resistance 1. It's just that R1 had a lot more room, it wasn't competing with CoD4, CoD5 (meh), Killzone 2, etc.
The story is superior in R2, as are the bosses. It's just a shame they gutted out the two player split-screen standard campaign.
Too true. Although you can pick it up for $10 in a few places now, so there's no reason to ignore it.
I believe the multiplayer is still quite active too, although I haven't played it in a month or two.
5 eggs? Fat git.
