The story in the first one terrible but i had so much fun because of the gameplay and the nemesis system. If they manage to improve on all aspects of the first one, we're in for a treat! ps. istim remember my worst nemesis Rugduk the Thunderer. He just had a retarded snorting laugh and a bony mace in each hand. Killed me a good 10 times before i got him! Cant remember the last time a random npc was as memorable
Bloodborne is brilliant game. Never thought that I would end up getting the platinum trophy, but the game just devoured me and I couldn't get enough.

I think videogames are underappreciated in terms of what they can mean for the player. I was told my 85 year old granpa had passed away today after I had been away buying this game. I was devastated. Once I had cried as much I could. I decided to give this game a go and to get mind off reality. Having felt a loss the same day I felt like even the tiniest good I could do for the characters and NPCs in the game made me feel better and the vivid world around me invited me to momentarily forget ...
they said they were going to give us something awesome...guess they lied... THIS WAS EPIC!

The fact that not a single person on this website seems to be genuinely excited for this games tells a lot. I loved AC2 back in the day but havent bothered with the franchise since AC3

*hype intensifies* I'm currently holed up in my house studying like crazy to get into a university here in finland and I will allow myself to buy this game once I'm done with the entrance exams. I'm 99% sure it's a new game. This could very well be"The Old Gang" that consists of Dutch (in the middle, possible playable character), Marston to his left, Williamson to his right, Escuela next to Williamson, and then three additional gang members.
Anyone else agree with me? I mean the silhouettes match pretty well. Williamsons hat and coat,Escuela with two revolvers, Marston with his signature gloves and rolled up sleeves etc...
