If you read the article, you would have noticed that that's just essentially a speed run, doing the core path. Collecting everything and emploring everything will be 20+.
If you knew you weren't going to like it, why did you play through it and review it? Of course that's going to influence your review one way or another.

A review for something is supposed to be someones overall opinion, touching on positives and negatives, which is exactly what IGNs review covers. If you want a run down of every single thing in the game, read their first impressions and previews. I don't want to read the same thing twice.

We're not even allowed to accept factory sealed games for trade-in. One reason being the Trade-in Policy is for "USED GAMES AND ACCESSORIES"; and factory sealed game is not new. Another reason is the possibility of "stolen merchandise".
So, you got lucky at the store you went to. We would be fired if we accepted sealed games.
Same here. Also, I've noticed that for games with online passes such as Bulletstorm, UFC 2010, or Madden, the used price is 47.99 to start, and the Online Passes are 9.99, so they never "exceed the price of a new game". That's why we don't give so much for those. Black Ops is 54.99 because there is no online pass.
Also, every game which needs an Online Pass or whatever says so on the bottom of the receipt, and we (at least at my store) do our best to ...
I am absolutely fine with 40 hours for Dragon Age II. I personally thought Origins was a tad long. Could have done with out all that backtracking in Brecillian Forest and Orzamaar.

I think the author meant oddly quiet about the Burnout franchise. Burnout Paradise was released at the beginning of '08. So 3 years ago. About time for another one.
