Yes, it should be at the very least a decent sonic game. So long as they don't screw up the 2D platforming segment, which going by there latest HD release Sonic 4: Episode 1 they'll do a good job on. I might even buy this game at bargain bin price if I can't get a review copy.

FINALLY! I've been hoping for add ons for this games 1 week after it released.
Haha well there was black friday and i bought like 33 games. Plus I did go out and bought homefront and crysis2..so yeah, im overloaded..
I can only imagine that the load times for the PS3 version will be the same as the PC version as they have cross platform play. So in general if the load times are long then they'll be long, but not because there is no install. I however am pretty sure the load times will not be long regardless.
I'm in a pickle: do I either buy this amazing game (presumably amazing) or do I finish playing the some odd 20 games I have yet to play that are in my backlog..err decisions decisions!
This game could have the most "generic" gameplay, however, if it plays smoothly and promises to have even a slightly epic storyline I'll buy it.
I wish Amazon.uk would update it as well. I want to just get the preorder over with as there is no way in hell I'm waiting until the summer for it to release here in the states xD
My biggest complaint with this game (something I should have mentioned in my review tehe) is that when searching for an online game, the menu lags horrendously. It may not seem like a big deal at first, but playing the game for 30 plus hrs, it does get really annoying.
