Isn't it supposed to be new games? Virtually all of those listed are old and crappy games...
DLC is not a full game, it is add-on content (Which is smaller). The article is talking about real games such as Gears of War 2 or Killzone 2 (Which are much bigger). Downloading those games would take forever on a slow connection.
The article posted explains the recent decline of the PSP, not mentioning how bad it sold. It explains why it didn't sell as well as the Nintendo DS, and that may be what you are talking about.

Yes I do agree, but seriously, Microsoft actually helping the Consumer? Come on.
Just because we are buying AAA games at $59.99 doesn't mean we are happy with the price, rather we are forced to pay $59.99 to get the title we want at release.
