I'm a couple hours in to it. Story is pretty lame to be honest. Not really a fan of these heavy handed social justice stories. Not interested in an allegory to civil rights or for someone to tell me child abuse is bad. I like fun entertaining stories. Maybe go back to Indigo Prophesy when your games were actually fun.

The proper action to take is no action. Games are artistic works and as such not everyone in the audience is going to like every game. Asking for every game to be tailor made to your specifications is a stupid request to make.
It's because they see it as a group of people that don't even play games coming in and loudly trying to get them censored. Censored in a way that most actual game fans wouldn't like at that.

They did a reveal just like GTA 5 and just like Red Dead Redemtion. It seems to be par for the course with these big open world style games to release a cinematic trailer before the gameplay trailer.
It's a hype cycle thing. Now they can get all this E3 press and then get even more press down the road when they do their gameplay reveal.

From how he wrote it it sounded like he didn't know what he was doing and only tried it for a few minutes. After Sunset Overdrive there's no way these guys design a bad traversal system.
Sure he was but a system where no one sees you in the rafters and you do stealth attacks is an exact gameplay ripoff. Not talking about whether the character would do it or not.
Those stealth parts in the rafters are a little too Batmanish. I mean I know it's a good superhero game but don't rip it off that hard.

I'm still really looking forward to this game but given the choice of whether I want a 1st or 3rd person RPG I'd go with 3rd person every time.

The next generation will be interesting. Microsoft got stung hard partially by being the weakest console this generation. I think both companies know the other is going to bring it next gen. I wouldn't be surprised to see cool special gimmicks to make each console unique. My guess is next gen is when microsoft joins the VR party. I wouldn't be surprised to see them also release some kind of gun that is better than the aim to establish themselves as the VR shooter console.
