Cross platform play has been going on a long long time.
FFXI had PS2, XBOX and PC players all on the same servers.
Until recently, FFXI closed shop for all but PC players.

Yes please bring back the list view, add a darker background and please add a privacy option(show public) to Birthday etc. It's not cool to be like facebook. I don't like it. It feels like it's gotten fat and such. All the new are bulky and it takes a lot longer to sift through things holding down on the page down. The difference is like having a small weekly add that has a bunch of items on one page to having the same items on 4-8 times the pages. Tales of the best sounds like a tales story that pulls characters from multiple tales series into one, or could it be a remake of other old tales stories in a mashup.

I would love full BC compatibility in PS4.Then I'd have a bigger library with less consoles around. This is is good needs for Xbox owners IMHO. I'm not sure if it will give the Xbox One the sales Microsoft is wishing for. I guess we'll see soon.
FeRam or ReRAM is a a better and faster, longer life, not only could it be used as dram non-volatile ultrafast storage. The card could be patched, have it's own swap file space (meaning you could use it to augment system ram), and save game storage area.
I always loved the ability to rent barrow a cartridge and the saves being on the device. Now days almost everything is linked to the (LIVE/STEAM/PSN accounts and some games saves are DRM copy protected.
I have hundreds of PS1, PS2 and PS3 games. There are over 50 that haven't even been opened. I still have GTA SAn Andreas unopened factory sealed with the hot coffee code in it.

I loved the first one and the add on expansion. This game was just awesome once you got past the learning cap.

The lakes and water effects didn't seem fluid. The lakes seemed like static waves to me in the video.
It didn't happen on my chrome book in (guest mode) or ps3 browser.
It was computers with Firefox and chrome that where blocked. It's Googles safe browsing database that is embedded into these browsers.
It seems anything with n4g.com/news/clickout/(wildcar d) got blocked by googles search bot.

I'm glad to hear it wasn't just my end getting that message. The lack of site transparency and news on the web made me feel isolated as a N4G member.
Isn't there normally a hole/port in the side or bottom to see the unit serial number when they make the purchase?
If you spend a almost a half quarter on a console the shop is supposed to scan this and the smart customer is also wise to look there to. It's like getting money at the bank and counting it before you leave.

This looks sick for an RPG. I've never seen so much detail in an Final Fantasy RPG before. It's surreal like you can explore the entire world much like in reality when we can climb the walls and enter random buildings. Unlike the other games of the past It's hard to tell what can be explored in this environment. What's just eye candy and not a part of the play environment. I'm amazed. It's like GTA + RPG.
