It makes no sense to me that people are expecting a price cut already. When the price was announced at E3 last year everyone applauded because it was thought that the Vita would actually cost more than $250.
Now after 3 months everyone says its too expensive and needs a price cut? The 3DS was the exception, not the rule. Expect a Vita price cut at next year's E3.

Calling Sony customer support means nothing. They also said the PSN would be back up last Monday when someone called them. They also said the SOCOM 4 beta started the same day Killzone 3 came out.
Sony customer support tells you whatever you want to hear to get you off the line so they can tend to callers with problems they can actually help with.
People have been saying the PSN is online in Japan since Saturday. IT ISN'T.

They posted a target date on Tuesday. They said twice already that barring unforseen events PSN will be back up by Tuesday May 3rd.
Anyway your childish idle "threats" aren't doing any good for anyone. If you want to switch to 360 then do it. No one is stopping you. Otherwise just wait like everyone else for PSN to come back.

On Saturday an article said the network would be back up in Japan on Sunday. On Sunday an article said the network would be back up on Monday. Yesterday "they" said it would be back up today. And now today two different articles say it will be back up tomorrow and next weekend respectively.
