Yes but just because of stock and other economic figures. If you look at earnings Sony are bigger in size and earn over $20 billion more than apple in revenue, the net worth on a company is due to a lot of different technical things like potential and yearly figures not just the turn over of a company. If apple get backing then Sony might be able to be brought out but at this point in time Sony earn more than apple.
Just pointing out Sony are a bigger company then apple, with Sony not only employing more people than apple(more than 100,000 people). But Sony also earns more than $20 billion more than apple in revenue. I'm not saying it's impossible for apple to buy Sony it's just highly unlikely.
By the way I have both a PS3 and a iPhone so I'm not a fanboy.

the dvds that xbox 360 uses have a capacity of about 9gb blu-ray has about 68gb of space or something like that, the more space on the disc means the more detail which means a better looking game.
