This was the very same douche bag that called Rockband a Guitar Hero "rip-off", when in fact Harmonix were the initial developers.
Why do they hire them in the first place?
So what if they are confident in their product or there are "only" 400 cars available? I seriously don't understand. Nobody has mentioned GT titles, but yet you cannot shut up about it and have to point out this and that.
Well anyway, this game is shaping up to be very incredible and as a result, I might pick up a 360.
Anyways, 2010 looks like it's going to be a create year for 360 owners.
@ PSP2. it's still 360, but another complimentary SKU.
Natal is a huge gamble for MS; it's either get rich or try dying as 50 cent said himself. Bundling it with a 360 is the only viable solution as it's an accessory because it will most likely fail or not receive critical success. How else are they going to convince companies to develop games?
As far as we currently know, it could be anything from another SKU targeted towards the mass market or aimed at replacing the exising SKU's. Personally, I really do hope they try to maintain a cheap price point.
While Peter Moore left Microsoft, Don Mattrick who at that time worked for EA replaced him, perhaps indicating an "exchange". however, this begs the question whether this is a beginning of a partnership or is there something that has yet to be announced?
The technology has been around for quite awhile and it shouldn't come as a surprise. But yet we see similar articles stating what has already been known for ages.
A more viable solution for Microsoft would be to release a new SKU with a cheap price point targeted towards the mass audience. Redesign the hardware, include Natal, 20gb HDD and a couple of small titles based around Natal.
Edit: Ha, I fixed it :P

Turn 10, here is a message for you:
It's funny how people say their aren't going to watch the interview, yet Greenberg was very moderate about his opinion and enjoyed their briefing.
Guess it's "cool" to jump bandwagons.
Of course Natal will have flaws, but it will not replace the standard controller nor work for all game genres and this is what people are forgetting. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that it cannot be used as an additional tool for immersing the player.
It's on like Donkey Kong.
If people dislike Kotaku, then why bother reading their news. I read the article and I don't understand why people are complaining, its not negative in any aspects. They are only commenting on the things that weren't mentioned under Sony's briefing. Hell, even I expected things mentioned on their list, however I thought their briefing was good enough.
How much of a difference will there be if the game doesn't run 1080p natively, please fill me in?
I must say that I enjoyed their press conference a lot, however more exclusives could have been announced.
I'm really skeptical as to whether this will take of. First and foremost, the 360 user base seems to be divided; Arcade and HDD users. Now most people would have bought a HDD, likely 20gb, is this enough because the HDD for the 360 are overpriced, although cheaper alternatives can be found. Will Microsoft discount the prices or release a range of different HDD size? Who, knows, but I do want to see something being done.
Although their press conference was excellent, we simply have to wait until tomorrow to pass judgment.
It's not a matter of if, but rather when. Currently we are seeing a medium of physical and digital distribution available. This trend will continue because of the limitation faced with digital distribution; people without access to ethernet or inadequate ethernet speeds.
