That's got to hurt ... I'm surprised. I thought their phones were very popular. Still ... atleast it's not a 100% fall.

I'm trying to be positive ... :)

DVDs are so cheap right now in the UK through various websites that it is cheaper to buy some of them rather then rent them. That's what I do. I already an on demand service provided by virgin media but I don't use it for films (unless they're for 1p). Films generally cost £3.50 to rent ... but on play.com I can get the same film for £2.99 to buy. Go figure!

You can still invite your friends over to your virtual house to do whatever it is you want to do.

No one ever stops complaining about everything. Yikes!

Dude ... come on, better late than never. Home is a very big undertaking and I'm sure (I hope) our perseverance will be worth it. I'd rather it was delayed and executed well and if that means beta trials - then all the better. Honestly, I can't wait to have a go!

If they'd done their homework properly to begin with they would know that it was made perfectly clear that the PS video store was US only to start with.

has been able to tap into the public psyche about the accesibility of the wii for players of all age groups. I have one but I don't play on it unless I have friends pop over who want to bash eachother at wii sports. I play on the PS3 all the time though.

In the public's mind, the wii is the machine to have - playing tennis by moving your arm instead of pushing a button. Aiming a gun etc all make the games more tangible to engage with in a way the ps3 remote and xbox remote don'...

There has been so much hype over this game for so long that if it isn't perfect, it's going get hammered.

I just ordered a 320GB from Amazon for £67 ($120) - complete bargain! It's a WD too ... just waiting for it to be delivered :)

Also, I remember reading early advice on upgrading and all advice pointed to getting a 5400rpm as that's what Sony put in their machine. I just follow the masses

But why is it still limited to 8 and 16GB? I had hoped for a little bit more for my films and music ... mustn't grumble though!

All the problems in the Uk - underage drinking seems to be a big one atm and the news is wasting its time on this tripe (although, well cooked tripe can be rather tasty). Two people are not representative of anything or anyone. Still, they got on TV so I guess their parents are proud!

About having already downloaded some of the content from the US store and played it so it's not new for us... it is if you hadn't already downloaded it and played it when we weren't supposed to. We'd complain more if Sony prevented us from having multiple accounts in the first place. I wonder if we are in the majority or the minority with multiple region accounts?

This is way too soon for me. I played CS 1.6 and then CS:Source for ages and ages (and still do). I'm not sure a new game is needed - I'd go for more maps and better achievement records.

Also, what happens to COD4? Will we continue to have online support? I intend to keep playing that. I'm not intending to buy COD5 ...

As long as it's made compatible with a keyboard and mouse for the PS3 ... I have always enjoyed the C&C games. Online mode would be a hoot too!

That govern both the sale and advertising of products and services. The Unfair Commercial Practices Directive exists specifically to ensure that consumers are treated unfairly and makes certain actions a criminal offence. The article not with standing, I'd be amazed if MS would sell refurbished products as new without telling the purchaser. But, I've been wrong before ...

X-wing, Tie Fighter - lordy those games were good. I remember spending most of my uni days sitting infront of a pc playing X-wing. It's a miracle I ever passed my exams! Why won't they release those games again and update them with new graphics ... would be good.
